Afterhours Support: After hours support is not guaranteed however it is generally available for emergencies. Refer to your managed services agreement as additional fees and premium rates may apply. To initiate an afterhours support request email with a subject of “EMERGENCY”. Technical staff will be alerted of your request and best efforts will be made to respond quickly.
