What is "managed services"?
Flat-rate Managed Services is the new, proactive way of handling all of your IT needs. Managed Service Providers (MSP) provide a high level of technical support (including desktop, network, engineering, and high level CIO support) to your company remotely and onsite for a monthly flat-rate, predictable fee. The amount charged is reliably less than it would be to hire your own IT staff.

All managed service contracts include a service level agreement (SLA). Within the SLA is a clearly defined set of standards that the MSP must follow and it includes response time requirements. In our flagship program called “Complete Care” we have 30 minutes upon receipt of your ticket to have eyes on your problem and to be formulating a plan towards resolution.
Network Security is a major concern today, does having an agreement increase our security and decrease our risk exposure?
Yes! CCI utilizes state-of-the-art software and monitoring and alerting tools to stop hackers and network intruders in their tracks! Our team of highly qualified technicians receives these alerts and are able to remediate any potential issues before they become major problems. These arrangements allow us to engage early and often with our clients and remove their concerns about “how much will this cost”. In most instances we are able to fix your security problems before you know you have a security problem.

Complete Care offers our clients a predictable monthly fee and includes “all you can eat” support as well as world class security and backup/disaster recovery. So this premium service isn’t “free”. We have a lot of work to do to determine your individual price, but it is reliably cheaper than it would be to even hire a single internal IT support person. You get the experience of having your own fully staffed, full-service IT staff for a fraction of the cost.
